Safety & Security

No busy waiting room and no insurance records means no concerns about your privacy being violated. By offering primarily fee-for-service psychotherapy, we avoid sharing your health information with health insurance organizations or other entities.  This keeps our work especially secure and confidential.  If necessary, you can be provided with a separate entrance rather than having to wait in the public waiting room. Confidential payment options are also available.

Increased Access

Included in this service is text/ email communication with Dr. Kroll. You will be provided her personal cell phone number and email. If she is in session when you call, you can expect a call back as soon she is available. Telephone sessions may also be available for times when you can't meet face-to-face (such as when you are on vacation, at a conference, or in a meeting).

Convenient Extended Hours

A limited caseload prevents Dr. Kroll's schedule from becoming as full as traditional providers. Our clients benefit from extended hours and weekend appointments. If you are experiencing an immediate need to be seen, she can often find a same-day appointment time for you.
