Assessment – Psychological evaluations include an initial interview, a review of background information and history (including consultation with your other medical professionals if needed), and standardized testing (if necessary). A report (including diagnosis and treatment recommendations) will be provided. Prices vary depending on the nature and scope of the evaluation, the most basic of which range from $350 to $650. More comprehensive assessments range from $1200-$2500. For an exact quote and to determine if an assessment is right for you, please call.
Alpha-Stim Therapy
Initial Session (brief consultation, and 20 min session): $35
Individual session (20 min): $20
Unlimited monthly sessions: $200
Methods of Payment - Payments are made to Pineywoods Psychological Services. For your convenience, all major credit cards are accepted.
Insurance: We accept direct payments from Medicare, BCBS, TRICARE, CHAMP VA and the VA (varies by provider). We are an out-of-network provider for other insurance companies, and are happy to provide paperwork for you to obtain reimbursement from your insurance company as such. Health Savings Accounts and Flexible Spending Accounts – You are able to pay for psychotherapy, consultations, and psychological assessment services from a Health Savings Account (HSA) or a Flexible Spending Account (FSA). In effect, this makes those services tax-deductible. Please check your specific HSA or FSA to see if any restrictions apply.
